SULPHUR, La. (KPLC) - Port Arthur LNG held a meeting Wednesday night in south Louisiana for those who may be impacted by a proposed pipeline stretching from near Port Arthur, Texas, to Delhi, Louisiana, in Richland Parish. LNG stands for liquified natural gas.

The proposed pipeline 252-mile pipeline called the Port Arthur Pipeline Louisiana Connector Extension Project.

According to Port Authur LNG, the proposed PAPLC Extension Project will include approximately a 48-inch diameter feed gas pipeline along with two compressor stations, one in Richland Parish and one in Allen Parish.
